Registration

Registration is done through the registration form on the website. The registration will be confirmed by us by mail. The registration is binding and you have accepted our workshop agreements and prices.

Payment

The payment of the participation fee (CHF 480) has to be made at the latest 7 days after the registration. Payment for accommodation/full board in cash at the beginning of the retreat at Seminarhaus Hollerbühl.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation up to two weeks before the start of the course, we will charge a processing fee of CHF 50.
In case of cancellation later than 14 days before the start of the course, in case of absence from the course without cancellation or in case of early departure, the full course and accommodation costs will be charged.
If the retreat has to be cancelled by the organizer for any reason, all amounts already paid will be refunded 100%.

Liability

The course management and the seminar house Hollerbühl exclude any liability for damages. Each participant bears full responsibility for him/herself and his/her actions during the retreat and is responsible for any damage caused. Therefore, course participants are responsible for having sufficient insurance coverage themselves.

Responsibility

The retreat is not a substitute for medical and psychological treatment. Participants agree to discuss any physical or psychological illnesses that could pose a risk to their participation in the seminar and its proceedings with their own doctor/therapist and to inform the seminar leader in advance.

Food

Breakfast, lunch and dinner, vegetarian and mainly organic, as well as tea and water throughout the day (for diets such as lactose or gluten EUR 7.-/day surcharge will be charged). Dietary requests are to be indicated with the registration under remarks.

Room requests

Room requests will be considered in the order of booking.

Pets

Seminarhaus Hollerbühl does not have the necessary facilities to accommodate pets. Therefore we ask you to find a better place for your pets during your stay.

Smoking

The Seminarhaus Hollerbühl is a non-smoking house.
